Shipping policy

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you placed your order before 12.00 on a weekday then we aim to despatch your order on the same day! If not, everything is despatched the next day.

For standard UK delivery orders aim to be with you within 3-5 working days.

For express UK delivery orders aim to be with you within 1-3 working days.

For standard EU, US & Canada delivery orders aim to be with you within 9-15 working days.

For express EU, US & Canada delivery orders aim to be with you within 5-10 working days.

NOTE: We are not responsible for any orders that arrive late or delayed due to postal delays and no compensation including a refund of the postage fee will be provided in this matter.

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?

 

For UK orders standard delivery is free.

For EU, US and Canada orders of any value, tracked standard delivery is £12.95

For EU, US and Canada orders of any value, tracked express delivery is £19.95

 

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKED?

We take pride in our packaging as we understand and appreciate the unboxing of your new accessories is all part of THE GENTS LAB experience.

For the majority of orders we will send items in a white foil envelope with a strong closure for the safest journey. Anything of high value or intricate will be put into a tissue paper-lined, branded gift box to protect it.

For very large orders* such as a wedding, these will be sent free of charge using a 48 hour tracked service in a tissue paper lined, branded gift box.

*Orders over 10 tie and pocket square sets

Any orders that arrive damaged, please do get in touch with photographs and we will discuss replacements for anything unsuitable.

 

NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?

For small UK orders delivered in a large letter envelope, these will be delivered straight into your mail box by Royal Mail.

For small UK parcels, Royal Mail will leave you a note for you to book the perfect time to redeliver or you can go and collect your order at the local Royal Mail depot.

For large UK parcels, delivery is by Parcel Force and will be fully tracked so you will get notifications of it's journey via mobile or email so you can ensure you are in to receive your order. If you miss the delivery, you can contact them directly to arrange a redelivery.

 

ARE TAXES INCLUDED?

We are a UK VAT registered business and our VAT number is 484149468 and 20% tax is included in the price of all adult products.

Any orders that leave the United Kingdom do not include tax and could be subject to local taxes, customs, and import duties which are payable by the customer. It is the customers responsibility to check this information before placing an order.
